How To Build a NamePlate

This is an assignment for my webdesign class. Today we learned how to make a name plate. It was actually quite simple! I used Adobe photo shop to create this name plate, First i adjusted the number of pixels, than i made a rectangular box inside another rectangular box. Added my name. picked the different colors, and customized the look of the name plate by applying filters to the text. Next i experimented with the different filters and settings for the outside rectangle by adding layer styles. I found this assignment to be quite simple and fun!!
